Ethis is not just a trend but the result of a series of factors that in sum have made and place Tequila, Mezcal and the Mexican culture as a consumption trend in Peru and the world. I dare to affirm that the Mexican industry's constant years of work to produce more quality tequila and not quantity, is one of the first keys to this trend. This, followed by popular celebrations such as "CINCO DE MAYO", cocktail festivals such as "BARRA MEXICO" and the interest of well-known public figures in the category, such as "CASA AMIGOS".

Month by month we are seeing new "MEXICO" that recreate or fuse that little piece of Mexico that resembles the discerning Peruvian palate; here you eat and drink delicious food. Of course now also a bartender makes his salts, mixes and levels our chili peppers in infusions or syrups to give us that fun twist in the nights of bars or in popular Mexican cantinas with a lot of joy and brotherhood.
